Vasectomies (and the opposite of them) as goals

𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱.

We’re paying for it outright.

Because we planned for it.

Because it was a priority for us.

Because we DECIDED it was important.

This wasn’t a rash decision for us.

We obviously had a lot to consider outside of the financial aspect, so all in all, this decision has been in the making for about three years.

But we decided this was going to be the year and during insurance time, we calculated the amount of money needed to cover the costs of the procedure and we committed to setting that amount aside, bit by bit out of each check, using every tax advantaged option available to us and finally...

... after months of delays (Thanks, Miss C), here I am sitting in the car waiting for a loopy DK to exit the building in a wheel chair and sliding shorts and zero concern about the coming bill 😹

All that is a long winded way of saying...

We wanted something.

We did the research.

We committed to it and we made it happen.

Maybe your goal isn’t a debt-free surgery.

Maybe it’s exactly the opposite and you want to be able to have a kid, or another kid, and not have to worry about whether or not you can afford diapers and daycare.

Maybe you don’t want to have a car payment.

Whatever the thing is for you, you CAN reach that goal and I can help you figure out how.
